These are the qualities of Great CEOS / or being in Top Management

1. High Energy
2. Desire to be in charge
3. Ability to see into really important part of complex issues (and simplify)
4. Never be Passive-Aggressive.
5. Never Micromanage
6. Ability to Persuade others the decisions they think are right and take responsibility for the power position. (and I think possibly the consequences)
