What is Sinusitis?

Sinusities is inflmmation of sinus lining caused by bacterial, viral or microbacterial infections, as well as structural isssues such as blockage of sinus opening. If opening is closed, normal mucus drainage would not occur and result in infection and inflammation of the sinuses
Symptoms:
- facial pain, pressure, congrestion or fullness
- nasal obstruction or blockage
- discharge of discolored mucus from nose
- discolored post nasal drainage
- loss of sense of smell
- headache
- fatigue
Symptoms of allergy sinusritis:
- Conjunctivitis (itchy eyes, stinging eyes, watering eyes)
- Rhinities (running nose, itchy nose and partially blocked nose and repeated sneezing)
- Asthma
- Eczema (red itchy lesions in cheeks and skin folds of elbows and knees)
