Motor Quality Plan
The plans offered by Income are as follow:

Quality Plus Plan
Compulsory repair at Income’s quality workshop:

• Excess will be waived
• Replacement car or daily transport allowance of $50 (up to 14 days)

Repair by distributor workshop is allowed if specialized skill or tools are needed

• Excess charges will apply
• No replacement car or transport allowance

Quality Plan

• Excess will apply for all repairs from accidents
• No replacement care or transport allowance will be provided
• Premium is approximately 10% lower that that of Quality Plan Plus
• Compulsory repair at out quality workshop
• Repair by other workshops are allowed if specialized skills or tools are necessary for vehicles under warranty
  

Additional Excess
Income offers an option for holders of Income Motor Insurance Policy with private cars to take and additional excess to benefit from lower premiums under both Quality Plan and Quality Plan Plus.

Policyholders can opt to have additional excess applied to the standard excess in the policy. The reduction of premiums will apply as follow:

Excess waiver under Quality Plus Plan
The waiver of excess under the Quality Plus Plan will be applicable to the standard excess and not the additional excess opted here.

NCD Protection
Income policyholders who have accumulated 50% NCD can purchase protection against the loss of the concession following one accident by paying an addition premium of 10% subject a minimum of $50.

By paying the extra, you can make one claim during the year, and still have the discount fully protected.
